Ms. Leoni's Academic Support Class

The heart of my journey into special education is my son, who has been my greatest inspiration. When he was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, my perspective on education changed forever. Over the years, this journey has grown into a fulfilling career, leading me to become certified in special education for grades Pre-K through 8.

This passion for education and connection led me to launch my blog, a space dedicated to sharing valuable insights and resources with my students and their families. The idea took root during the 2024/25 school year, inspired by my first 7th-grade class. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and love for learning encouraged me to start writing.

Through this blog, my goal is to celebrate the vibrant experiences within our classroom, provide practical study tips, and offer suggestions that support academic success. I also strive to share uplifting and empowering content to foster a positive and encouraging community for students and families alike.
